At Sassy Pants Candy Co, we take pride in providing high-quality freeze-dried sweets and snacks. Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
